Basic and Simple solutions to Building in a water logged Area

In the construction industry builders and engineers face alot of challenges in erection of  any proposed structure.

Some of these challenges includes:
 Building in a water logged Area or in a property that has a stream or canals flowing through the property.
 Slope management and leveling
 Building in Sandy Area

Now we’re going to see some possible and basic solutions to building in a water logged area.

(1: Get the site cleared from every vegetation
(2: Get a water pumping machine to drain the water to a smaller volume for water logged area, But for streams and canals setup an interference at some points of the stream or canal to hold up the water or reduce the speed
(3: Establish the building lines and profiles
(4: start up your excavation process both trenches and column bases
(5: Mount your columns and cast your column bases and foundation footings with concrete without water with a concrete ratio of 1:2:4 to a thickness not less than 100mm
(6: Allow your casted concrete to cure for at least 24hrs
